I’ve serviced several vehicles here over the years. Every time I go, I always think what a great job they do, how polite everyone is and that it’s a positive experience; literally every time (which is not typical of auto shops in general). My measurement for this praise is knowing if I had to send my wife here solo, they would assist her with service and treat her with respect and I know she’d come home bragging that this group made it easy! I especially appreciate Andrew as I’ve gotten him many times with luck of the draw, and over and over he’s been a great guy to interact with. Keep up the great job! Came by for an oil change and the service I received was phenomenal! Andrew was my technician and he was fantastic! I usually get my oil changes at the Hyundai dealership but my interaction and experience was so pleasant and efficient that I’d rather come back to Express from here on out.
