My first time having Car Care at Christian Brothers was an unbelievable experience! Brent and his Team at Christian Brothers were warm and inviting with treats and a warm waiting area! Chuck at the front desk was soft spoken, courteous and utmost professional! Words can't describe the care I was given during my Car Repair! Total explanation and printouts of what was being done! Car is running great now! At pick up, my car was clean and looked as though it was never touched by greasy hands! You guys are great! I totally recommend your services! Sincerely Kathy Lee

I brought my truck into Christian Brothers Automotive for bad back brakes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, thorough, and kept me informed every step of the repair process, which I really appreciated. Griffith was awesome to work with—clear communication, no pressure, and made sure I understood what was going on before any work was done. The repairs were handled efficiently, and the truck is running great. We’ll definitely be returning here for any future repairs. I have been highly recommend this place for many years, which is why I chose to have my sister's car towed there rather than closer mechanic shops. I have to say, I'm very disappointed. My sister's car misfired, and a mechanic friend correctly deduced that it was a sparkplug but that it wouldn't hurt to have it looked at. The car was looked at promptly and thoroughly, which is why I am giving 2 stars instead of one. However, the mechanic's estimate for the repair price; nearly $1000 for a new spark plug and wire and an oil change; was ridiculous. For the spark plug and wire alone they quoted nearly $500 in parts. They were unable to give a suitable explanation for why were unable to find any parts on online that even approached this price. At an extra expense to myself, I had the car towed

I drive very far to take my car here. The people are nice, professional and trustworthy! The place is so clean and cozy. If you have to wait, it's like being in someones home. You ACTUALLY feel like a valued customer. All the work has been top notch. I never worry when I leave. If I have to spend money on my car, I'll take it here hands down! My son brings his car here, too. And we tell everyone!

Moved here from Seattle Washington, and was looking to find a good shop for family vehicles and work truck I did have the vehicle serviced at another shop here in the area and did not have a really great experience and I was recommended to Christian Brothers automotive and after I gave them a call. I was really impressed with their high level of service and communication. Being in the auto industry myself for over 20 sometimes I can notice when shops are overcharging or misleading customers, but they did a great job with the parts and not overcharging for labor and got it done in the crunch of time on my work van really really recommend them!!
