I recently had my car serviced at Christian Brothers Automotive Oviedo and had a great experience. The newly designed facility looks beautiful — clean, modern, and very welcoming. The staff were polite, professional, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. I especially appreciated their complimentary ride service — they kindly dropped me off at home after I left my vehicle and picked me up again once it was ready. That level of convenience and customer care truly sets them apart. Special kudos to Kenny Aguayo for the outstanding customer service. He handled everything with patience, clear communication, and genuine care, making the visit completely stress-free. Kinda mid. I tried to have tires balanced and an alignment. Said they couldn’t align it because one of the bolts was rusted and I’d need new tie rod ends. I took the truck home and just loosened the bolt and aligned it myself. Truck still shakes on the highway so not sure about the tire balance either. They recommend new rear brake pads even though I just put new ones on 800 miles ago. Also they took my air box apart to look at the air filter and didn’t put it back right because it fell off the truck later that night and I had to pull off at a gas station and figure out how to put it back together.

The service was efficient, and mechanics were attentive and patient. Josh reached out to me many times to ensure that service was custom to fit my needs and budget. The complimentary shuttle service was also very convenient. The use of electronic inspection notes and the ability to approve and decline certain services made it very easy to get what I could done without pressure, which is all too common at other mechanic shops.
