Great attitude friendly smile and more that kind to an older lady who had no idea what I was looking for that my husband had sent me to retrieve. Without Daniel I would never have found it ! Elijah and Jordon saved my day! My battery died, my regular mechanic was backed up, and my AC went out all in the same 24 hours. Went to O’Reilly’s to have them replace the battery. Figured once it was in, the AC would kick on again. It didn’t, I went back and Elijah and Jordon answered all of my questions and went to look and see if it was a fuse. Elijah confirmed it was actually the alternator belt that broke off (I drive way too much) from being cracked in many places. Luckily they had it in stock and Elijah and Jordon were kind enough to put the new belt in for me, which is not part of their normal job. The store was about to close and they took the time to help me get what I needed so I could have AC again without also screwing up my new battery since my alternator was totally non-fun

I bought new headlights from here and I had no idea how to install them, so the kind employees at the front counter installed them for me! :)

Devin was a major help. I needed an alternator ASAP and he assured me he would order and receive the exact piece I needed. I was fortunate to receive the piece that same day, he gave me great tips on replacing the alternator myself. Highly recommend.
