UPDATE: I did end up calling the phone number provided and was told a quick response from management was coming. It has been 3 weeks without a response again. It appears this reply was only to cover image online and that management shows little care for their customers. Again I would avoid El Car Wash for the sake of your car and time. ———————————————————— Would not recommend this car wash to anyone. I took my 2025 Toyota Corolla that I bought in May to get washed and left with multiple scratches across the top of the trunk of my car. When we reached out to the company that gave us a generic form to fill out and said someone would reach out in 72 hours. We heard nothing. Just another cookie cutter car wash that can't get a small car clean. Got the $30 wash and still has dirt, streeks, and finger print. Maybe it works in bigger vehicles?

A little pricey (and no, I won't "subscribe" to car washes), but the car wash was thorough on my filthy car and did a better job rinsing and drying than most drive-thrus. The vacuums were very strong and they provided plenty of microfiber rags for finer detailing in the vacuum bays. I will probably return.

Always have a great experience here. I accidentally vacuumed one of my kids expensive socks and Noe was so helpful and even shut down part of the system to find it. A lot of trouble for one sock but he was super helpful and didn’t seem like it was a problem.
