Excellent service. Very attentive to my needs. Dropped off my car. Got an inspection with pictures sent to me. Followed by an estimate via text. I am a busy person so it was very helpful to be able to just approve my repairs via text. Loved it. My Lexus is running smooth now.

This is good to know to bypass the dealer pricing and wait they also have reprogramming capabilities for European car owners and Hybrids.They offer shuttles in the local area to wherever in the city you desire to go and will pick you back up. TOP NOTCH service department everyone was so friendly, knowledgeable and would highly recommend this shop. BEST OF ALL THEY SUPPORT OUR MILITARY AND FIRST RESPONDERS.

We had a transmission and engine replaced at this shop. They did an awesome job and worked great with our warranty even thought warranty was a headache! Highly recommend this shop and they were informative and kept me updated through everything. Very clean facilities as well and kept my car safe while it stayed at the shop!

On a holiday weekend, I found myself needing immediate car repairs. Despite coming in shortly before closing, Christian Brothers immediately took the time to check me in and let me drop off my car. They followed up with photos and extensive test results, with their recommendations. Having previously had poor experiences with taking my car into the dealership, it was a breath of fresh air to have so much transparency in the process. Throughout, there was lots of communication, and I always felt like I was kept abreast of what was happening. I’m grateful to Christian Brothers for their help and happy to be back on the road again.

Had bad fuel, dropped off around noon and was back on the road in 4 hours. Yes, there were other vehicles on the racks so speed of repair was impressive. Will use these guys again for repairs. Also, was quoted a diagnostic fee that other reviewers said they didn't get. A+ in my book!
