I have an old car, that I LOVE. She's getting up in miles and has needed quite a bit of work lately. She's hard to find parts for at times. Most people tell me to get rid of her. Get something new. Absolutely NO. I will fix her until I can't anymore. CB understands this and works with me every time. They shop for deals, tell me what I should focus on fixing, and bend over backwards to get my Kiki up and running again. Any car shop can fix your car. CB makes it personal and I can't say how much I appreciate that!! Their technicians are top notch, prices are great, but their customer service is like nobody else. Seriously. I will never take my Kiki anywhere else but Christian Brothers. They've spoiled me!! In such a great way!! Thank you CB for ALWAYS being there for me and my Kiki!!

Bailey was very attentive and thoughtful during a stressful situation. She consistently communicated with me about the timeline of my repairs. The service manager Jesse walked me through transparent pricing so I was able to make informed financial decisions. The next time my car is in need, I will be taking it to Christian Brothers because of Bailey’s kindness combined with their knowledgeable management staff and mechanics.

JP and the team at CBA were incredible and speedy in getting my car in, investigated the issue and did a overall car assessment, and gave me a recommendation on fixes (for the problem I came in for and other areas that needed work, with different levels of recommended time-frames of when they would be needed to be done). They got me in and out within 3 business days and worked with me on exactly what I needed and could afford. Treated excellent and fast service even with a full lot of cars to be serviced.
