Visited with my son to check on getting a tune for his truck. Talked to Jack and was very impressed with his knowledge and customer service. He explained the process and answered our questions while taking notes. Before we left he took us on a tour of the shop and out back to see the Dyno building. Was also impressed with the cleanliness and organized shop. Looking forward to doing business with them in the near future.

After having my car for a month, I had to tow it to another shop. They took weeks diagnosing a clutch slave issue. And charged me for a full tune on the car even though he couldn't drive the car to tune it. The communication is poor at best. No one answers the phone and when they do hes not available to speak on the phone. And then the pricing. Quoted 4000 dollars (unless we run into anything that takes longer) to do clutch slave, which there is a lot of stuff coming out but I still believe to be extremely high for what it is. Over all im very disappointed in the service provided here, I thought it was a reputable shop. They seemed irritated that I called and sent emails (alot of emails that either went unanswered or took days to respond to) to get updates on my car but there was no commun
