I decided to come here for a routine oil change based on a coupon flyer advertisement. I was greeted immediately and felt very welcomed. They performed a very thorough vehicle inspection which found an urgent issue with my vehicle and provided a visual walkthrough on-site as well as a video on the resulting report. Safety is my primary concern as this is our family vehicle so they provided a quote along with a few other upcoming maintenance requirements as suggestions. Robert did a great job in communicating the overall summary of repairs and was very informative. I never felt pressured to commit so I decided to proceed with the repairs (the labor charges seemed fair given all the additional work I decided to have done). Overall experience 10/10!!! Alan was so helpful he kept in touch during the whole process I forever grateful! I explained problems I was having with my vehicle and mostly every problem I had was fixed in a timely manner. I will say the prices were kinda steep but over overall I did get a lot of problems fixed so it’s a win for me Thank you Christian Brothers Spring for getting me back on the road.I’ve been without my car August and it had me down but God said Don’t give up and it eventually led me to you guys! I am a very satisfied customer. I feel that the communication was very well. I like the way the inspection reports are detailed. I like the service of being able to get picked up and dropped off Brian. My advisor was very knowledgeable and everything that we discussed I would go back and continue to go back as I have all the past times I needed car work.

Went in for a scheduled oil change and fluid check ahead of a long road trip. They pulled my truck in quickly, and noticed my front diff seal was leaking. I didn't have much time to get it repaired but they somehow sourced the parts and got it done in the only window I had. Unbelievable coordination on their part!! Will definitely return to see Robert the service tech again.
