This was my first visit to Christian Brothers Automotive, and I had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made me feel genuinely welcome. Everything felt honest and straightforward—no pressure, just great people who truly care about their customers. The service was excellent , and I left feeling confident about my car’s condition. I highly recommend them and will definitely make Christian Brothers my first call for any future car repairs or maintenance. Thank you for the excellent service.

Christian Brothers Automotive is the ONLY place I trust to service my vehicles. Good customer service always starts the moment you walk into a business and ends upon completion of service. Had a couple of cars needing inspections. Made appointments with Christian Brothers Automotive for the first time. They were great! Welcoming. Informative. Polite. And the waiting area was very comfy. The report of the inspections provided were very illustrative. Ill definitely be using CBA for all my automotive needs in the future.

They were very personal, they stayed in contact with me, told me exactly what the problem was and they actually sent me real time videos of everything they done. When my car was ready for pick, they actually sent someone to get me. Very honest and upfront with price, they didnt try to sell me a dream. I recommend anyone that wants good quality work done to go to Christian Brothers Rayford, they are very busy but its worth the time.

Pete and Bill at the Spring location were awesome! Everyone else at the shop was super friendly too. I was dealing with some major suspension issues on my GMC truck, and it was making a pretty embarrassing noise while driving and the alignment was way off. Pete really took care of me and got everything fixed. Pete and Bill also kept me updated daily, which I really appreciated. For some background, I had visited a few other shops in the area and just didn’t get a great feeling, either the customer service was lacking or the prices were way too high. When I came to CB location, it felt completely different. The staff was friendly, professional, and the pricing was very fair compared to the other quotes I received.
