I have to share how amazing the Christian Brothers team is! I am about to move out of state and needed to know if my old rusty car could handle it. They did an entire inspection for me, completely free of charge! Ken is absolutely amazing. He took the time to explain my options without trying to sway my decision in any direction. I wanted to tip him for his time and knowledge but he wouldn't accept! I am truly grateful for their work. This organization actually cares about people, and will not pressure you. Thank goodness they have Christian Brothers where I am moving to because I am never taking my vehicle anywhere else! Also, shoutout to Darrell (I hope I'm spelling his name right). He is such a genuine and good person, I really enjoyed talking with him while he gave me a ride home!

I brought my car to this shop to diagnose an engine code issue. After their inspection, I was told the vehicle needed a remanufactured part and reprogramming, with an estimated cost of around $1,500. Before moving forward with the repair, I decided to investigate further on my own. Within about 30 minutes, I resolved the issue using a $7 cleaner, and the problem was fixed without replacing any parts. Based on this experience, I feel the recommended repair was unnecessary and significantly overpriced. I’m particularly disappointed given that the business presents itself as Christian Brothers Automotive, as I expected a higher level of honesty and transparency. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion before committing to expensive repairs.

Excellent shop. Talked through the code clearly, fixed the problem where others failed. Courtesy shuttle is very helpful. Not the cheapest, but cheap doesn't always solve problems reliably. 36K mile warranty puts my mind at ease.

Brought my car in for front wheel bearing replacement 1st thing in the morning. Gave ok to do both. Was told would be done by end of day.Never got a phone call till end of day telling me they broke a part and car won't be ready and your responsible for it $800 dollar part. Part was ordered without authorization or video proof like they are know for. Ended up spending 2500 dollars for 2 wheel bearings.
