We came here to get our car detailed before our little baby is born in a short few weeks and they did AWESOME! Al was great at the front desk and had awesome customer service skills. Al was the man. Very transparent and clear about all aspects of the operation, and despite a small hiccup, the staff and Owner were eager to make things right. Thats what you call good business and customer appreciation. 💪🏼 I will definitely be back, as well as my family. I DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THE MONSTER! Car was literally like new, and its a 2016. 💯 Its warming up, so they’ll be quite busy, so book your spots before time becomes your enemy!

First off, I highly recommend this place! Customer service was more than you can ask for. I took them my wife’s Nissan Murano that I wanted to get washed inside and out for her for a Mother’s Day gift. I wasn’t sure of what package to get and after looking over the car, Al and myself came to the conclusion of what we needed. Al helped us along the way with choosing the needs we needed for the car. We dropped of the car on Saturday and we picked up on Sunday. Once we got there to pick my wife’s car up, we were shocked on how amazing the car looked, not only the outside but the inside. They definitely went above and beyond! The car looks so amazing, it looks like a brand new car fresh from factory. You can see all the pearls on the paint, and the reflection of the car, 👌🏼 amazing. Just had our minivan detailed for the 4th time at Hector's West Chicago location. I couldn't be happier! Every time I pick my car up, I feel like I have a brand new car. Thank you for defying the mess of a large family and lots of pets. You guys do amazing work and are always so warm and friendly. We will definitely be back!

Today was my 3rd time using Hectors for an interior detail and it was once again, worth every penny! Scheduling was easy, prices were fair given how in depth they cleaned, and everyone was kind in each interaction I had. You cant ask for much more from a local family run business!
