I was in a bind and needed a mechanic quick with a simple job of replacing a ball on my hitch so I can move my stuff in a Uhall trailer.. It was a simple job but when a girl doesn’t have the right tools it makes the job impossible. Keith at Frank’s auto didn’t exceptional job with a smile. He serviced my needs right away, and I got to wait in Comfort in the waiting area which was clean and cutely decorated. I loved all the little old-fashioned car paraphernalia around. Absolutely horrible experience. The tech never reached out to me like he said he would on 4 different occasions. I had to call every time for a "oh yeah, this and that". Was recommended by a long time customer of theirs and absolutely will not be coming back. EDIT: took my car to the dealership because the problem was still not solved and they found A LOT more wrong IE transmission fluid, brake fluid, DESTROYED inner wheel well and breaks about to fall off. Currently looking to report this place to the BBB and anyone else I can find. Oh and they said the engine was gunked up with oil so did you guys even LOOK at the car???

Definitely will be a regular costumer from this day forward. Keith is a great guy very honest. He was able to fit me in last minute for a diagnostic took about 30 minutes and we had the answers we needed. Be back soon!!
