I bought my new 2024 ford f150 a couple weeks ago and love it . It was the easiest and fastest car purchase I have done. Staff were great to work with I worked with David Collins on the purchase .

For an oil change on a new F450, I paid $77 and was in and out within 60 minutes. Can't fault that at all.

Amazing service staff. Brought my daughter's (college student) car in for diagnosis on a key lockout issue. They were able to quickly diagnose and resolve the problem and also were very helpful in identifying and resolving a couple other recall issues. This piece of mind for a parent is work every penny I paid for the service appt. Overall extremely satisfied with the Chuck Colvin service center. Highly recommend!

Between my wife and I, we have bought and or traded over 15 vehicles. Many of these were with other dealers. It has always been a stressful situation, knowing we are interested in a vehicle and expecting to haggle or barter. Everyone has an expected budget or payment amount and many dealerships really try to push that envelope to make a sale. Not Chuck Colvin Ford! The sales staff, the sales manager and even the Finance Manager Greg are genuine nice people and very non-pressure folks. They laid all of the paper work out on how much they are into their vehicle and what they need to make to stay in business. I recently had some rocks hit my AC condenser and the AC went out. Took it to this service center and Jerri handled my paperwork. She is the nicest, understanding, most hardworking woman! I cannot praise her enough for flawlessly dealing with not only a third party warranty company, but my car insurance company, and most difficult of all: my father.
