Chuck is a great guy and will be a great single point of contact for you. He will also help you navigate dealing with insurance companies. However, he would not start the work until he got the money from the insurance company and even after requesting a supplement, he still missed a needed repair. The work here is less than perfect. There's better shops in the area, so only go here if you're desperate.
