They were able to schedule for two days after calling. You are able to drop vehicle off after business hours. For me, they did pads and rotors, also figured out the sound coming from the back (rear differential going bad). They found a low milage replacement part for my Forester so the parts+labor were about the same as just the part would cost at the dealership. They give thorough explanation of diagnostics and process used to isolate what is wrong with the vehicle. They also replaced an alternator and fixed an electrical gremlin on a rarely used 2007 Avalon we were borrowing from my wife's grandma while my car was waiting for the part. They are honest, fair, very experienced. I highly recommend.
