Recently took them my 2008 Ford F150 there was a squeaking sound coming from the engine they charged me $500 to replace a couple pulleys the tensioner and the serpentine belt then after they figured that wasn't the cause they charged me another $500 to replace the water pump after $1000 the squeaking was still there they told me to just double up on the oil changes so I took it to a coworker's brother who fixed it with a $53 part also when I brought the truck to them I had heat when I left I had no heat. they also tried to hide the squeaking noise by applying belt dressing to the belt which I found out is a shady practice

Chucks care is the absolute worst place to bring your vehicle they will steal parts off of your vehicle just like they stole my warranty compressor off of my ford and blamed it on the dealership. I reported them to the better business bureau chucks car care never responded or returned my compressor. When I confronted them about my car part they laughed in my face and said there guys wouldn’t do that. My vehicle was under video surveillance the whole time it was at the dealership that I was able to review, and it was towed from chucks directly to the dealership.

I highly recommend Chucks. The woman in the office was very sweet and helpful. The cost of repairs was a lot less expensive than I expected. That was such a huge relief. They did excellent work and fixed the issue I was having. I will use them from now on for any issues I have with my car. It was a very good experience working with Chucks.

Very impressed with this place! My family has taken cars there for years but this week was my first time. I took my Highlander hybrid in for its 80k-mile service. Chuck and his guys got it done quickly and the price was very reasonable. And on top of that, Chuck took time as I was checking out to give me some good info that will save me money on future service. Very highly recommended.

I recently botched a brake pads and rotors replacement on my '95 Dodge Dakota. I brought it to Chucks. They got to it in 2 days. They diagnosed the problem and kept the truck on site for a week while we waited for the replacement part to arrive in the mail. They were very nice people and the repair was a success.
