So lazy and unprofessional. This place caused 4 lug nuts to snap off because he cross threaded them. Wouldn't even help me put new lugs bolts in ,even if I bought them. He should of started the nuts with hand then then zip them on. I had to go to Frank's to get the tire changed because chucks didn't want to take off anymore lug nuts because they already broke some. Should of fixed the mistake. I will never go there again. I understand making mistakes but not fixing them is very wrong. The guy tried to give excuses but im not stupid. He cross threaded them and that is that.
