This is my first time coming to Cimentals Mobile auto shop and I will definitely be a returning customer as issues arise on my vehicle. They were on top of getting our Tahoe back to us and pricing was what I expected. Tahoe was in for a water pump replacement and new belts. No hidden fees or extras added on. The two gentleman at the counter are very helpful and professional. Our experience overall was top tier. I recommend them to anyone needing vehicle maintenance or repairs.

They were very clear about service and diagnostic fees. Called me to give me options before moving forward with anything. The proper repair was less invasive (and less expensive) than originally thought. They care about doing the right job, no shortcuts. I believe they were busy, so I can't say it was a quick turnaround. I am overall satisfied with their work and service and will return for future needs.
