I just don't understand why it take over three hours to just get a oil change. Even if they have other cars they're working on you can pause one car and do the oil change. I don't care if you're waiting or dropping off. And I think that when you are a woman going in here they try to over talk you like you dont knw what your talking about. To purchase a car from this dealership In the attitude that you get from the workers is crazy. To leave that dealership and have oil on my car and oil leaking from the car after the oil change is crazy.

I went into Ciocca Chevrolet of Princeton for a standard oil change. The technicians are very professional including the lady that checks you in. I unfortunately got bad news that the Corvette’s transmission was leaking oil. They quoted me over $6,000+ to repair it. Luckily they worked with me and said if I traded it in to them they’ll split the difference. I really appreciated the thoroughness of the techs in spotting this issue before I lost my transmission.

I'm very disappointed that even after making an appointment more than a week in advance, with a request to replace the tires on my equinox, the tires were not available. Now I have to wait 2 more weeks to get my tires replaced. I'm losing confidence in Ciocca Chevrolet's service department, it's been going downhill significantly in the last 5 years.

Communications is not good in Princeton. Service manager never called me back when I was there last.

Treated respectfully - yet felt overcharged for basic services. Was quoted an outrageous price for the recommended service ( which I did not authorize)
