I can't say enough about the service, department, parts department and the techs. I had a engine replaced under warranty, the communication with me was outstanding between the service manager Haden and the service advisor Shannon are top notch. I also met the tech that installed the engine. Great guy very knowledgeable and thoughro. They actually made me feel like part of the family. Thank you guys awesome job!!! I had a great experience working with Michael at Ciocca CDJR of Duncannon. From the start, he was honest, patient, and took the time to walk me through everything without making me feel rushed or pressured. I wasn’t originally planning to buy a vehicle this soon, so I had a lot of questions, and he made sure to explain my options clearly and realistically. Michael treated me like a younger brother in a good way looking out for me and making sure I understood the process, the numbers, and the warranty options before moving forward. We called and verified a specific vehicle was available. We identified it by stock number. We made an appointment to see it an hour later. We drove an hour and when we walked in a salesman greeted us. We told him we made an appointment to the vehicle. He said oh that’s sold. I said we just made an appointment to see it an hour ago. He said oh you talk to the call center in York. I don’t care who I talked to but they need to do a better job with communicating. We dove two hours for nothing.

I really enjoyed this dealership and got a lot of work done there, however recently my experience has been horrible. They do not return calls, do not have services done in time, and no communication regarding vehicles. It has been a huge inconvenience having a busy schedule, even made me late to work on 2 occasions. This last time we had an appointment we waited over 2 weeks for, had to drop off and pick up the car to simply scan the check engine light, and they DID NOT even provide the service because they were “too busy”, maybe next week *Im in shock*!!! When you call to schedule, you get an answering service, not the dealership. I have found another garage.

My husband and I went into Ciocca in July looking at a Hyundai Palisade they had on their website. I had been looking at downsizing from a van to an SUV. We were met by Chris Taylor. The Hyundai wasn’t on the lot that day but Chris within 3 days had the car back and we came in for a test drive. Chris was so VERY helpful, friendly and not pushy. He made buying my new car an EXTREMELY pleasant experience! This dealership is very personable and you are NOT made to feel like just a deal to be made. They all make you feel like a family! I had been to other dealership while car shopping and I was made to feel like just another customer! Ciocca and the team ESPECIALLY Chris Taylor have my business!! They are the best!
