Noaker's Auto Body customer service is outstanding from starting in the office and the whole through the process of them taking care of your vehicle. They guarantee their service and if you aren't happy with anything, they will do everything they can to make it right.

I used this body shop years ago with no issues when they were a locally owned business, but this time was completely different. After about a week of dropping off my vehicle post-deer collision, I was told my car was ready for pickup. When I arrived, pieces were visibly misaligned and the paint was poorly done. There was a large gap between the hood and headlight and the drivers side fender was not flush. To their credit, the staff was apologetic and asked to make it right, ordering different OEM parts and keeping the vehicle until repairs were completed. After another week, I picked up my car again, but it is still not in pre-accident condition as promised. Great job on repairs. Can’t tell anyone ever hit my vehicle. Great communication. Even moved my vehicle indoors the night before I was to pick it up because a snow storm was predicted.

I can’t say enough good things about this company, not only did they do an amazing job repairing my 2016 WRX. The customer service was unbelievable, they were always so kind with every question I had. I had no issues with the rental I got. 10/10 recommend this company for any of you auto repair needs. If I could give 6 stars I would.

They didn't meet the timelines they made to have the vehicle repaired. Ordered wrong parts and that delayed repairs. They are unable to effectively handle car insurance paperwork.
