Absolutely amazing guy Dave Baskin. He was very clearly sleeping early morning when I called and he picked right up, after my husband hit a deer. He showed up within the hour at a very reasonable price! He was even considerate enough to ask if anyone needed a ride as he herd my kids in the background as I went to pick up my husband. He gave plenty of information about where to take the car and what would happen. Highly recommend!

Was left stranded with a flat tire right before the big snow storm hit us all. After waiting on AAA dispatch and when mechanics were able to assist me, Collin (maybe his name) showed up and had the spare tire in 15 Minutes or less. Had the right equipment to do the job fast before dark. Now I have to get my tire valve stem repaired. Thanks!

These guys are fantastic!! My dead vehicle was in a very tight spot and not easily accessible for a tow, but with a little elbow grease and some very savvy thoughts this young man was able to maneuver the vehicle off the curb and onto a rollback whlle avoiding hitting other cars. I must say I am impressed. To add to this awesome pick up, the young man was polite, kind and courteous during the entire experience. Great service, timely helped me with my flat tire. Took an hour, but that was normal considering the time of the day. Wonderful service person, maintained professionalism throughout the conversation. I am glad I picked them for the emergency service.

I can’t begin to explain how impressed I am with this business. My car broke down on 322E as I was headed back on a long trip home. I called AAA and they sent Hirt out to do a diagnostic. Hirt realized that the serpentine belt had come off. I initially was going to have my car towed to the Honda Dealer in Mechanicsburg but they said they wouldn’t be able to look at it until the next day. The driver let me know they had a shop and could fix it when we got back. Literally when we got back the belt was getting dropped off by their supplier and ready to be replaced. The driver that initially came out to assess my car ended up towing it back and fixing it with the owner in a jiffy. Pricing was reasonable but the service was unbelievable. Very down to earth and personable people. Highl
