Ciocca Collision of Bridgewater

The team at Ciocca Collison did a fantastic job! A deer ran into my car almost a month ago which lead to my door frame being damaged, partial front bumper, and my left headlight smashed. I took my car to Ciocca and they ascertained the damage and kept it at the shop for a few weeks. They updated me the progress of the repair every Tuesday and Thursday, letting me know when the car would be ready by. They were actually a few days ahead of schedule and I picked up my car. It was like I didn't get into an accident. Everything spotless and all the repairs were completed. This body shop is it! I appreciate them and their work!

The shop is excellent at the repairs part. As a business owner, I understand the importance of customer service, which also includes having the proper tone and attitude towards clients on the phone and when having in-person interactions. I know it can be difficult often to train staff in matters like that, but understanding what a stressful experience it might be to have to put one’s car through repairs, speaking with a friendly tone and attitude towards clients will definitely go a long way. Certain interactions made me feel like I was being talked down to, and came with certain unnecessary tones. I won’t say it was all of the staff, but due to the nature of it being such a small shop I will refrain from specifics. On a positive note, they did have my vehicle ready at a timely manner, an

I’ve used this shop for repairs twice before and have been satisfied for the most part. The process is fairly smooth re insurance and rental cars. I recently had my car in for body work and I’m satisfied with the job they did. However, they took much longer than originally estimated. They had my car for an entire month which maxed out my insurance rental car coverage causing me to pay out of pocket. They claim the extensive delay was due to parts delays which I understand but my car was drivable so I could have brought it back when they had all the parts and not paid out of pocket for a rental. The timeframe for completion was constantly pushed back via automated text messages over a 2 week period. They also did not complete 1 repair on the interior and I now have a missing tire

I recently had my car back bumper replaced after an accident, they did a great work. Kept me updated as fix progressed and was able to pick up my vehicle on given date.

Terrible. After having my Car for 31 days to fix a repair that should be no longer than 2 weeks they forget to fix my mirror. When I bring it up to them they try to blame me for not having in on their intake sheet they filled out when I dropped off the car. They removed the mirror to paint the car and put the broken one back on. All they do is lie to you. Staff it rude and unhelpful. John the manager has no solutions and doesn’t apologize or try to help. The Ciocca family should be embarrassed to have their name on this place. Do not come here under any circumstances, you’ll regret it.
