Circle K Service

I am an owner/operator truck driver. Called John for an annual DOT commercial vehicle inspection. They were able to get me in first thing the next morning. They were very friendly. They pointed out a couple things that were not problems yet, but could be soon, if not addressed. Price was less than I was expecting. Will DEFINITELY be back.

Dropped my vehicle off on a Friday, I was asked not to be calling and asking if it was done in a couple days. I get it, and out of respect i waited 3 weeks with no word, before stopping in l, as i had not received any communication. Just to ask what was up. John tells me i should just take it, and he really didn’t want to work on it, its hard to work on apparently. This is my primary service vehicle. There was no reason to have my vehicle sitting there for 3 weeks with literally nothing done to it. A simple phone call after deciding he wasn’t capable of doing the work and I would have been off on my way with my vehicle to find someone who is.

John Schwartz is the best mechanic I have been to! Honest, skilled and reliable.

Felt we were ripped off, took advantage of. Took it in for an antifreeze n fuel leak. After having it for about a week finally got it back, and was charged almost a grand! Won't be back! Do not recommend!

We had an appointment but the man we talked to did not want to service us. He said we made the appointment a month earlier and that was not good for him. We asked if he wanted us to go some other place and he said that would be great. We were going to Florida the next so we could not find anyone on this short notice. This was terrible customer service.
