City Auto Glass (inside Tire Maxx)

I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of service. I had several chips in two vehicles (that information was given before they even came out to repair). One vehicle needs a replacement, so I can understand that. However, they were so focused on fixing the obvious that he didn’t even examine the rest of the windshield . Unfortunately, I didn’t see it until he was gone. I waisted valuable time to set up and coordinate with insurance provider and auto glass company. Now I have to start the process all over again. I would definitely not recommend in the future.

Technician came out to our home and fixed a chip in our windshield within minutes and took care of a chip in a second vehicle that he wasn’t planning on doing. We are very grateful and extremely satisfied customers. We would definitely recommend City Auto Glass.

They were very welcoming when I walked in explained how long it would take and called me when my car was done and very amazing service I highly recommend them cheap reasonable price for fixing my broken windshield thank you for the amazing service

Kelly did an excellent job of replacing the windshield for my Smart car. Appreciate his customer service skills in providing excellent information on what to do after the process was completed.

I took my car to city auto glass in willmar to have the windshield replaced. They did a great job and did it in a timely manner. I would highly recommend them.
