Great service. WANTED TO HELP ME Imagine that What a change in attitude from most shops Mechanics quick and knew what they were doing. Shop was full. I explained I had to load in the morning in MT. Shop foreman pull a truck out, put me in and 2 hrs later hooked back up to my cattle wagon rolling to MT for pasture yearling headed to Nebraska.

I could not recommend NCI in Alexandria, MN any higher. If I could give 6 stars, I would. One of my drivers showed up with an issue that would have otherwise ruined the day. NCI fixed the issue and had the driver back on road with minimal downtime. A class act from top to bottom!

Excellent service received. My truck broke down on Friday Afternoon. They brought me in as soon I checked in service dept. Very friendly staff and amazing service. Fixed my truck and charges were adequate. I definitely recommend this shop.👍
