We had a wonderful experience with Northside Collision Center. The staff was professional, friendly, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our car looked as good as new! They truly take pride in their craftsmanship. I highly recommend Northside Collision Center and ask for Bob!

This expirence has been like no other. My sister hit a deer in her 2025 Subaru in October. She was given an estimated 2-3 weeks repair time (early Novemeber.) However, as I am writing this, my sister still does not have her car. First it was the wrong part, or a different part is needed, or they are waiting on a part, always something wasn't there on time/what they needed. Finally they told her by Thanksgiving we will 100% have your cat ready. Thanksgiving comes and leaves and guess what my sister still does not have - a car. Apparently the part they have been waiting 3+ weeks on STILL hasn't come.
