City Auto Glass (Safelite)

We got a quote and the guy never came back. Tried to call but just got on the answering machine merry go round. No actual person ever picked up. Emailed and received no response. I am never using this company.

Excellent customer service and installation job. My replacement windshield took nearly 3 months before arriving (back order and factory original) and I was pleased with the frequent updates from Lori (good job!).

Only good things to say. I had a gentleman come out here the other day to replace my Jeep’s windshield at my home. He was incredibly polite, personable and efficient. We had a nice chat as well. 100% recommend!

Amazing service! We've used City Auto Glass on multiple vehicles and found them to be great to work with. Most recently, I brought in a new vehicle that had a rock chip and the technician walked me through the fact it had been repaired once before and what the procedure would be to fix it this time around. Whether for this or another vehicle, we'll be back and would highly recommend this place!

Store is very neat and clean. The people at the front desks were courteous and friendly. They said it would take up to 2 hours to replace my windshield but had it done in a little more than 1. The job looks very good. If I ever need a windshield replaced again this would be my first choice.
