I have dealt with City Chevy twice now and each experience was great. I was originally referred by someone for their great customer care. They did not disappoint! Great people who just genuinely want you to be happy. Griffin was just fantastic and Blake was so easy to work with and very informative. I highly recommend and will always be back! I would bring my kids and grandkids here to buy a car. Very upfront and no hidden agendas

April this year I bought a used 22 ford explorer timberline in April from city ford in Columbia city Indiana. I have had nothing but issues since I drove it off the lot it still has factory warranty and an extended warranty! They have had it 6 different times since I got it one time for a month and this most recent Time 2 months on Christmas Eve it left me stranded once again. It’s electrical issues they claim and say you guys can’t fix it. I spent $40,000 on this I still owe like $36,000 or so I cannot afford to get another car! Zachary was my salesman, he’s a tall younger guy, and he was awesome! He was low pressure, very patient, and made sure I got what I wanted without over selling me. I had to turn in a rental car and he drive over and picked me up during lunch time. I let him know I was under a time constraint. I had to get home to get my kids off the bus, and he made it work. I was out of there and early getting home with the truck I wanted. He went over the truck with me and made sure I understood how to operate the equipment on it.
