City World Toyota Service Center

My hisband usually takes the car to get serviced so I was a little nervous but the staff was very friendly and had great customer service. I went in for a recalled part. I made an appointment beforehand and showed up a few mins before. Service entrance is around the corner on a two way street. The lady greeted me and gave me an approximate time. She let me know there was a waiting area and what places were around the area in case I wanted to get something to eat. The waiting area had lots of space and seating. Two bathrooms are available for use and some Vending machines. Bathrooms were clean and had paper and soap. They have two televisions playing daytime shows. Wait time was approximately 2 hours and when there was 10 mins left she came around to let me know the car will be rea

I took my car there a few times. It was always slow and you just see the workers standing around talking. The last time I was there was the worse experience. Specially with a service guy named Christoper. This guy CHRISTOPHER (CHRIS) should be reported. I will not be going back. He gave me a whole run around and didn’t do his job. I’m very disappointed in the service I received here. I could have did the work on my car Myself but instead I came here to give them business. I wasn’t treated properly and they try to scam you by having you pay out of pocket while you have warranty. I DONT RECOMMEND GOING HERE! BEWARE!

I made a mistake trusting this dealership with my car. They lied about including my warehouse and charged me $1000 out of pocket. Chris in services told me he contacted my warranty and that it would take up to 3 weeks to process. A month passed and I found out from the warranty he never contacted them. Then I spoke to Chris and he claimed he sent it over that day and a few weeks later still nothing. Chris from services is a liar, slacker, and very unprofessional. I will never bring my car back there again. If you want to speak to a supervisor you can’t count on them to call you back. They are playing games with

If there were an option for more than five stars, I would give it without hesitation. I had an amazing experience, and Chris played a huge role in that. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and very attentive. I truly appreciated his hard work and would absolutely recommend him to anyone visiting this establishment.

My experience went well, but the wait time could be a lot better mostly if one takes the day off work to be there before or by their scheduled time. Christopher who's one of the Assistant Service Manager there is exceptional at his service to clients, his very knowledgeable and attentive to clients needs, he made it possible for me to get the best solution to my car service needs, for his service alone it would be a 5 star rating for me. The 4 star rating & not a 5 star is due to the wait time but, overall quality of service & staff professionalism is a 5 star for me if there was a way to rate that separately.
