Clair & Dee's Point S - Rexburg

I had a wonderful experience at Clair and Dee's today. Dallon is super helpful, patient and honest. He really cares about the customers and their needs. I went in there because I was told the light bulb didnt work on a headlight, that it was an electrical problem. Long story short, the original place that told me this was incorrect. Dallon saw and understood what happened and didn't charge me for a diagnostic test that was done at Claire &Dee's. The car didnt need one. We had misinformation. I really appreciate Dallon and the mechanic that helped me today. 5 Stars definitely!

Been here several times. Occasionally the experience has been fine, but I won't be returning due to overall poor service and lack of quality work. One example: When I had an exhaust leak, they told me it wasn't leaking. I had to go out in the shop with them and show them the leak so they could fix it.

I really like being able to talk directly to the mechanic when I drop my car off for work to be done, rather than going through the front desk staff who just take notes. I appreciate getting feedback straight from the person actually working on my car. I’ve had both good and bad experiences here, which is why I’m giving it 3 stars. Make sure you get to know the person that works on your car and request them by name.

I have always been treated so fair here! Beyond fair really. They seem like the kind of shop that genuinely cares about people and want to help. I was helped by both Adam and Ryan. Both top notch guys

Dishonest recommendations on work that did not need done. New Ride Auto said they had a vehicle looked at here, and Point S never had the vehicle in their system when brought in after purchase. Money better spent elsewhere.
