Great service department. They fix it right the first time

Took the wife's Lexus in for service. I am always treated well during my visits to Classic Lexus. I got a loaner vehicle this time, and it was nice because they gave me the opportunity to pick the vehicle I wanted. I'm sure this only happens when they have extra vehicles, but it was nice to have a choice.

I get all of my BMW's service done here. Atmosphere is great, as is the staff. New showroom is exquisite and can't wait to see the new service area when it is done.

Two cars into my time with Classic. Service is always top notch and sales has been really easy to work with. If you drop-and-wait for service like I tend to do, the customer lounge and work areas are comfortable except there's virtually no cell reception. Worth the drive for me - I'm probably a Classic customer for the long haul.

I took my Mini here for service. I usually have a good experience here, they have a nice lounge with good confections and a k cup machine. The service people are pretty quick to turn around your car if you are waiting for it. I live 75 miles away so that is most appreciated.
