Zoom Express Car Wash

This happened at their Willoghby Hills location on 1/13/26. Filed a report with the on-site manager to receive a phone call 2 days later from a "General Manager" who told me their HiDef cameras determined I had the damage prior hence they are not liable...He refused to share the images which is because he doesn't have them. They have billed me three monthly bills this season $38 each. Obviously cancelling the service but now I have to spend 2-300 to fix this wheel. They suck. If you have low profile wheels they will be damaged at this wash and they will absolutely refuse to stand by it....

The absolute best place to get a car wash. The entire staff is always helpful and great to deal with. In fact I am so happy with them I regularly drop off cookies or muffins to say thanks. Lauren the general manager is very conscientious and great to have running the operations.

My favorite car wash. The employee's are friendly and they have the best air freshener too lol. Hey with kids a free vacuuming is a plus! You can have a membership here as well!

I go to the car wash at least once if not twice per week. It’s convenient they do a great job I especially like the guys that work there They are always there to help! Sometimes my license plate doesn’t read, and they are always there to get me through the gate with efficiency no waiting I recommend The membership to anyone who wants a clean car all year long

I am a member of Zoom which pulls $38 monthly automatically for car washes. I am probably going to CANCEL as repeatedly the cars in the membership lane are held back while cars in the pay per use lane move through. Often times 5 deep!! Also, I notice the dryers are often disabled when there is a line. I've PREPAID for a full service car wash!!!
