Such kind and accommodating people! I had to get four new tires for my AWD Toyota Highlander and wait while they were replaced, and their waiting area is comfortable with a nice selection of drinks for the non-coffee drinker. And they encouraged my budget-consciousness by giving me a comparable choice to Michelin that saved me over $400.00!

Willoughby Auto Repair has taken care of four of our cars in the past couple of years and we appreciate the communication between them and ourselves. They do a great job whether its just an oil change or a several thousand mile service check up. We find them honest and straightforward in their service and quotes.
