Classic Automotive Collision

Classic was contracted by Kate Faupel Ford to replace and paint a roof piece on my Bronco that was being covered under warranty. When I go to pick it up, the roof is not aligned and the paint is full of sand! We have the dealership send it back to Classic to be fixed. When we get it back the second time they had sanded the dirt out of the paint and left huge white spots. We send it back again and are told the owner is going to personally see the truck through the process to make sure it is done right. We get it back the third time and IT STILL HAS WHITE SPOTS AND IT IS STILL NOT ALIGNED! They had 3 chances to get it right and failed! When I brought my truck to Ford it had 1 issue and now it has 2 thanks to Classic!

I had pretty significant damage to my passenger side. Bryce and the team at Classic took care of everything and in a timely manner! They were easy to work with, and very friendly. They kept me updated on the progress with pictures and estimated time frames as well. You work hard for your valued possessions so take them to someone who cares and is good at what they do!

Personal care is a rarety today. This may be on of the few places that can provide efficient bodywork at an affordable price in a timely manner. I highly recommend the shop.

Staff was very nice, very knowledgeable extremely helpful. My appointment time was 1:00 p.m. and I was seen at my exact appointment time would definitely recommend them
