Mechanic staff were very friendly and did a great job. The front desk were not very friendly and their customer service was not that great. I went in for new breaks. I asked them while they had the tires off if they would rotate the tires (I would have paid) they said yes when I picked up my vehicle, I asked them if they had rotated the tires because I did not see it on the invoice. They said “no, I don’t think so.” When the test drive came back. I asked them if they were the ones that worked on the truck? They said yes. I asked them if they rotated the tires, and they said no. I said thanks, I wasn’t upset because things happen. However, there was no effort in trying to make up for their the lack of not doing it. Nothing…. Not I’m sorry. Our trailer plug went out while hauling horses to a rodeo several states away, and Midas got us in immediately when I called. They fixed it and had us back on the road in an hour, and that included ordering the part. So grateful!

Tire was a little low this morning. Tried to air it up and somehow that made it worse. Got it to these guys and they got me set up with a new tire and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Price seemed more than fair considering the prompt service. Shawn was very friendly. They handle a wide array of auto work, so definitely pay them a visit next time you're needing something done.

Costs a little more, but worth it. They are quick, yet thorough. They go out of their way to schedule you to your liking. Plus, they provide complimentary transport while doing the work you needed. Also, very polite and professional. Highly recommend.

During a 1000 mile road trip and started having bearing issues. Saw this Midas right off the road, so I stopped in. These guys took the car in right away and took care of what I needed to ensure a safe road trip! They were upfront and were very transparent on what needed to be addressed right away. A few hours later I was back on the road!
