Correction: It's a 2024 Chrysler Pacifica! My husband and I put off looking for a new car for a very long time. We finally decided we would replace the car that we currently had with a newer model. We ended up with a 2024 Chrysler Town & Country that looks and drives brand new. Our salesman was Guillermo Villanueva and the manager was Juan Tapia. They didn’t pressure us. It was the easiest big purchase buy that we have ever made. These guys are 100% professional and 100% pleasant. We will definitely work with them again on our next car buy. The service i received from these two gentlemen was top tier! From the time I walked in the door they took car of me like they were taking care of their own family. I had a great experience with my vehicle purchase at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine. Chloe was exceptional and very helpful with completing the majority of the purchase process remotely to accommodate my work schedule. Sean made the finance process extremely painless. I discovered a minor defect in the vehicle trim near the rear left wheel after taking delivery, Chloe quickly assisted with scheduling a service appointment and Cesar quickly remediated the issue. The entire team was friendly, courteous, and professional. This was hands down my best dealership experience, other dealers try to take advantage of their customers, but not Classic Chevrolet.
