I really can't say enough about how wonderful our experience was with this dealership. We were treated with care and respect the entire time from the Salesman, to Finance, all the way to the General Manager. They treated us better than our own bank did!!! This place cares about their customers and they go above and beyond for them. We never felt like we were just $$$ signs to them. They weren't pushy, they listened to our needs and then went out of their way to make it happen for us. We LOVE our certified pre-owned Jeep. 100% we will be going back the next time we need a vehicle and we are telling EVERYONE to go here as well. This is not your typical car buying experience, it was so much better.

Extraordinary Experience! I shopped for weeks and weeks. And with the other dealers I had dealt with it was anywhere from simply awful, to just mid. I had given up hope on ever finding a dealership I felt I could trust until now! The customer service is received from Kaitlyn McCoy was over and above all of my expectations. Truly God send! The service performed was neat and on time , and she kept me up to date on every aspect of the job. I highly recommend classic Chrysler jeep to all!

Dropped off my 2018 Dodge journey for service twice. The service was poor, performed work and charged me for it without getting an approval, brought it back to them two week later because the mirror they replaced without my approval stopped working and my head gasket was going out causing overheating. On September 3rd I dropped my journey off to have a compression test done on the head gasket and to have the mirror looked at on why the rear camera now all the sudden doesnt work. Instead of doing the service I requested they decided to a ignore the warranty work on the mirror and never looked at it and b not do the compression test misdiagnosing my radiator as the problem even though it the thermostats water pump had all been replaced and flushed confirming they were ok before I dropped it

Clean environment, wonderful personal..though my wallet screams , as anyone's would, they are always dependable, fitting you quickly into the schedule. They ensure your satisfaction with surveys and verbal questions. I would not take my vehicles any where else. I travel from NY to WA and they always ensure my safety..
