I am not one to leave reviews typically but my experience with the repair shop was truly abysmal. I dropped my car off in December of 2024 after a theft recovery. There were some minor road rash spots and scrapes on the exterior. Fast forward to April of 2025I received my car back still not completed. The communication was non existent throughout the whole time. I even told them some of the repairs I would do myself however they took it upon themselves to repair Everything anyways without my consent. I will give them credit they eventually owned this mistake and did work with me to resolve it. Nonetheless, there were still items that were not fixed and they have essentially stopped responding to me. Two separate occasions they called to tell me my car was ready when it was not. I had a mishap with my car - someone backed into me. It was completely accidental, but left me with a huge dent in my door. These guys fixed it up. The color match is perfect. The door works perfectly. Tanya is really nice and the rest of the guys are really nice as well. Very good job guys! God bless you!

Please do yourself a favor and avoid this collision shop. The quality of work is what I would expect from high school DIY class. Nelson is a horrible advisor and will lie to you just to get you off of his back. Their idea of fixing unacceptable paint job is to cover their mistakes with more paint instead of stripping and doing all over again (like they promised). This resulted in paint transferring on to microfiber rag exposing ugly paint job just weeks after completion. This is sad, poor craftsmanship and lack of care. Nelson never updates on the progress of the repairs and will keep your car for weeks on end for simple job. There is ZERO communication. I don’t know how this man still has his job.
