Classic Collision

Very impressed. I'm picky about anything on my car. I scratched the hood on my CX5, and the paint is super hard to match. Scott, the manager, explained they understood the multi-phase (3 or 4) on this red. He sent me photos mid-process. When I arrived, I was impressed with how well it matched. The price was fantastic. He also worked with me as I did not want to replace the part, and asked if they could just paint right on the car; they did. Scott and team took time to explain the process, listen to my concerns, and can tell both he and the whole staff take pride in their work. I was looking for an independent shop in the east valley (almost none left), but was impressed that they treat the shop like their own, they are locals, and all good stuff. Kennedy at the front was very nice as well

I took my SUV in after getting some nasty hail damage. After roughly 3 weeks I have my car back and it looks amazing. I can’t remember it ever looking this good. Absolutely fantastic. I feel that they have not only restored it, but added value! They were very friendly and prompt along the way and I am glad I chose them. they were on the list of approved shops through my insurance, which was GEICO, and The process of getting a rental was smooth - Enterprise picked me up from classic collision to get it, after i dropped off my car. and when my car was finally ready to be picked up, all I had to do was drive the rental there and then jump in my car and they handled the rest making sure the rental got back to Enterprise.

5 stars for great customer service, quality of their work and patience! I had brand new honda civic hatchback's bumper replacement because someone decided to hit and run . This place did a fantastic job on my car and my partner's car before as well. They also cleaned my car and polished the tires which is big thank you guys!

I had a great experience with Classic collision for the repair of my 2023 Nissan Pathfinder which had a front bumper collision. They were able to get the bumper replaced and fixed professionally with excellent workmanship. Scott from their team is very knowledgeable and knows his craft. When I pointed out a misalignment of the bumper they got that fixed too in a timely manner. I am happy to be driving my car in a great shape after their professional repair.

Wow!!!! I just picked up my car a few hours ago. The repair exceeded my expectations by 10 fold. My car was hailed on a few months ago and the repairs are flawless. I received estimates from 3 places but decided on Classic after dealing w Jhann and his staff after they went ABOVE AND BEYOND working w my insurance company who was trying to lowball the repairs. Jhann and his staff met one on one w my adjuster to walk them thru what was needed as insurance only offered me 1/2 of what the repairs were estimated to cost. This was very impressive because what they did completely changed my insurance companies position on the repairs and they then approved all the repairs. Car is back to me and it looks like it just came off the showroom floor. I could not be happier. I will send as much business
