Classic Collision

We have taken 3 wrecked cars, over time. 2 different drivers, I promise we are good drivers. Deer just aren't great crossing the road. Repairs are prompt, with excellent communication throughout the process. They understand the insurance process and can help answer questions which can be very reassuring. Another big bonus is their body work comes with a lifetime warranty. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Believe it or not, a grocery cart did over $2000 damage to both doors on the left side of my truck. Classic Collision fixed my truck back to the way it was before the crash. I have used Classic Collision before and will, if need be, use them again. I highly recommend them. Very professional and timely. Their communication with me was periodic with updates all along the way and much appreciated.

The whole staff was amazing—they walked me over to the rental car location next door and had me set up in a rental within minutes of dropping my car off. They do fantastic work and are very honest, hardworking people. Michael Hendrix was amazing to work with and always responds in a timely manner. He also helped me to get my truck fixed when the other insurance company was trying to total it out. I would definitely recommend using them for any repair needs. 10 out of 10 on the work and customer service. I will definitely use them again for any future repairs.

Absolutely the best experience I have had with anything related to automotive! I hate working with repair shops in general, but it is very rare to have an experience that is close to satisfying. Paul was the person to take care of me and update me on the repair process. He was great! Very polite and professional with true pride in the work that had been done without ego. It is the first time my vehicle has come out looking better than it looked before it was damaged. I almost didn't want to write this review because I wanted to keep this one to myself but I hope I will not be needing any more repairs anytime soon. I can say that I would be extremely surprised if anyone had a negative experience working with Classic Collision and highly recommend them! Best wishes.
