From the moment I arrived I was handled with the utmost respect and outstanding customer service. Angela is amazing and the technician who had me to show him the damages was extremely helpful and listening to my concerns. He was able to answer all our questions and to receive weekly updates about the stage of repairs for my vehicle was exceptional. What a convenience it was to not have to hassle with calling and also the concierge for the rental company to get my husband and I and take us to the rental car place to get a vehicle was exceptional. All I can say is WOW what an outstanding job and service you all provided. There was another lady that came out and talked with me and walked me to my car after it was ready that was such a breath of fresh air. She was remarkable we even shared

Classic Collision on Abbotts Bridge values integrity over speed. It may have taken a little longer to get our car back but that’s because they fought against the ins co on our behalf & when a part didn’t fit right, they waited for the correct parts to arrive. They valued our requests & ensured the car was fixed properly & not just fixed. The front desk staff is friendly, fun & definitely knowledgeable about what they do! I highly recommend this location for Classic Collision repairs!!!!!

First let me start off by saying I was in an accident on 1/27 and it was the first accident I've ever had in my entire life. I had no idea of the process for repairing my vehicle or anything and was pretty lost. The insurance gave me a list of shops I can take it to, and I looked up the reviews for each one. This shop had the best reviews out of every single shop on the list of 43 they gave me. I took other people's word for what I read and had it towed there. When I got to the shop, the adjuster explained everything to me, and I had told him I wanted to make a few little changes to the repair, which he explained the process for that as well. They continued to keep me updated on the truck with phone calls and texts, insuring that they were working hard on getting it fixed the right way. I

I was very pleased with the work this Shop gave me. A driver hit my car when they pulled out a parking spot, which cracked my headlight, bent my fender, scraped my bumper, and broke my heart... but its 100% now. They were able to get all the repairs done in 2 weeks. And with the manufacturing industry being slammed, I was amazed. Rick Eve has an energetic, personable, honest personality. From the day I got the quote, to the day I got my car back I was very pleased with the service I received. Every step of the way I was receiving updates on what was getting done. There was always a call, email, or text if something needed additional time and he explained why. I don't believe I had to ask too many questions since his communication was so good! I would highly recommend  this place to anyone

I value my 2020 GMC truck highly, and the team at Classic Collision did not disappoint! I had a front end sideswipe with another vehicle, but to look at my truck now, you would never know it had so much as a scratch! It was a little pricey I thought, but seeing the result, it was worth every penny,
