Excellent repair service and exceptional friendly and knowledgeable customer service. They even had my rental car delivered to me within minutes of my arrival and I simply was able to return the car to the Classic Collision location and the rental was retrieved from there. They did a great job of repairing my vehicle and matched the paint perfectly. They surprised me with detailed cleaning of the exterior of my car as well as the interior. They even cleaned my floor mats. It was as if I were picking up a New, used vehicle in great condition. Thanks to Mel and Jamon too as they were amazing to work with! Definitely would refer people to them as anyone would be well served!!! :)

Brought my vehicle in to repair front end damage. The team at the Lake Elmo location were professional and prompt, providing frequent updates throughout the process. Scheduling was straight forward and timely. They worked directly with our insurance to ensure all the work was completed and satisfactory. Any issues that we identified and reported to Classic Collision during and after the initial repairs were quickly acknowledged and resolved. I would absolutely recommend the Lake Elmo shop to anyone needing auto body repairs. Very satisfied with our experience.

We’ve used the Lake Elmo Classic Collision multiple times over the years and they’re always professional and prompt. They did major work on our Ford Lightning F150 electric truck in 2024 (which was pretty involved, given the aluminum work) and more recently scheduled and fixed a smashed side mirror the next day.

Mel and the team at Classic Collision were terrific. From providing sound advice, to completing the job ahead of schedule and on budget, I’ve found my new collision center. Highly recommend!
