Extremely friendly staff from start to finish. Fynn went out of his way to be accommodating. 100% professional he worked well with me. Genuinely cared about my the situation I was in. He didn't push anything anything on me. Made me feel comfortable 100% transparent. Was able to get me into a great vehicle. Definitely will be recommending Enterprise to friends and family. I can't wait to buy my next vehicle from them. I know it will be a welcoming experience. I Also had a wonderful experience with Brynn who handled the return on the rental. Friendly top notch. I was looking for a Ram pick up with certain options not very common in this area of Wisconsin. I spoke with Madison who was well informed and gave me very good information on some of the purchasing options. Madison was so friendly and pleasant to speak with. She kept looking for the truck I was looking for and didn't give up I finally found a vehicle in North Dakota from a private dealer. I informed Madison and even though she couldn't make the sale, she was very friendly and pleasant. i'm on my third car from enterprise (traded in the first after 10 years and over 180k miles, don't let anyone convince you that all nissan CVTs are garbage, second was totalled in an accident after only a few months), and it's hard to imagine going anywhere else. shout out to Tia for making two of those sales painless and fun.

A special thanks to Fynn and Amy for helping with my car buying and exchanging process over the last two-weeks. Ultimately I financed a 2024 Nissan Rogue, my first ever AWD SUV. It is Fantastic!!! They both explained the financing process very clearly, they worked diligently with me to make sure the issues I did have ( not their fault), we re addressed to my complete satisfaction.
