Justin helped me out when my strut was rusted out & eating into the tire. Discovered it after pulling off the freeway into a parking lot and found JJ’s on Google maps. He was super responsive and really helpful. He was very communicative while working on my car and sent progress updates. He got my car warmed up for me when I came to pick it up! Very great guy!
