The team at Classic Collision delivered exceptional customer service and kept me well informed every step of the way. They also worked VERY well with my insurance company! (USAA) I highly recommend them for all your body repair needs.

Classic Collision Norfolk did a great job and were able to book me within a week. Donna, my service rep, kept me regularly updated on the process. I enjoyed the transparency, when a part they ordered came cracked or incorrect, she let me know and gave me an updated completion estimate. Expect regular texts and calls while your vehicle in the shop. The repair was done right and the paint matches well. This shop will work with Geico, so if you are filing through them, then this shop will be able to handle it.

The BEST, BEST, BEST!! Classic Collision's body work repair is exceptional! The front desk staff are very cordial, helpful, and friendly. All repairs completed by the crew looks sooo brand new, and completed in a timely fashion. I am so very happy with the outcome of the repairs. Also, I was kept updated from start to finish.
