Although it took longer than I originally anticipated the shop kept me informed at every stage of the repair. The staff is very friendly and professional and super easy to deal with. The repairs are flawless and the extra mile they went in detailing my vehicle prior to delivery is outstanding and made my Jeep look brand new! Having an automobile accident is frustrating and stressful but Classic Collision made it a seamless process and took all of the stress out of it. I am forever grateful and will never take any of my vehicles to anyone but Classic Collision!

My car was hit by a forklift and I was so nervous about this whole process. But classic collision was so good to me. Not only did they finish my car early but they informed me throughout the whole process and helped me out so much. The repairs are amazing! It looked like it did when I got the car. I was so nervous because they had to blend my bumper and door and my original paint is metallic so I was scared it wasn’t gonna match up as good, but it is identical to the color that it already is. 10/10 recommend. Marissa was super nice and professional and let me know as soon as they finished.

I was traveling and had a incident with my trailer and tailgate hitting each other. I was on a time frame to return to the office. Dwayne and the staff worked me in so I could leave at my scheduled time. I would highly recommend the should you need any repairs done.

The people are very friendly. Was pleased with the work. I kept asking what the mechanic repairs they assured me everything would be completed before they gave it back to me....within a couple of weeks the windshield leak, service engine came on and a/c stopped cooling. I did call about the windshield they said bring it back in, however I work in Mobile and it is the only car I have so I have not been able to leave it with them again.
