Classic Collision

The reception staff was very kind and communication was generally good, but the quality of the work was disappointing and felt rushed. I brought in my Toyota expecting it to be fully repaired, but I was given the car back unfinished because they were still waiting on parts. Now I have to take additional time out of my schedule to return and have the work completed. There is also a visible scratch that was never buffed out, I was told the door would be replaced, but there is still adhesive residue from the original door and it also is crooked which makes it clear that it was not actually replaced. I would have appreciated honesty instead of being told something that wasn’t done. On top of that, when I picked up the vehicle, the service manager (Ty) didn’t return the car to me. Instead, so

On Christmas Eve while at work, someone backed into my car, doing fairly significant damage. Being new to the area, and having never had to have a vehicle repaired, I spent days and countless hours pouring over reviews for shops. Classic Collision on Macadam was well reviewed. I elected to go with them, and boy am I glad I did! Sheryl at the front was an absolute delight, and incredibly personable and informative. She did an amazing job of keeping me up to date on the entire process as we went through the repairs. Both Tyler and Ty were incredibly professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. My vehicle was finished before the date given, and while there was a small hiccup with one of my mirrors, I was able to inform them the day I picked it up, and we made arrangements for me to bring it

We had front damage on my Mercedes. All State Insurance recommended them. We loved the work they did. Friendly & excellent service. They had to order parts, but repairs were still completed in less than two weeks. We highly recommend Classic Collisions if you need body work done!

Classic Collision did a great job repairing my Kia's ignition after a failed hikack attempt by the Kia Boys. They quickly sourced the parts from Kia. Tyler was my technician and he kept me informed and updated on their progress and repair timeline. Looked good as new when I got it back and they give your car a good wash.
