Classy Chassis Drive-Thru Oil Change

I had an excellent experience with Keyaun, at Classy. As someone with zero knowledge about car maintenance, I truly appreciated his patience and professionalism showed throughout the entire process. Keyaun took the time to explain each step clearly, answered all my questions without hesitation, and made sure I fully understood what was being done. It was refreshing to be treated with such respect and care — especially as a customer who might otherwise feel unsure in this kind of setting. The service is great and Alyssa was very helpful along with everyone else. I got an oil change and I also needed the rear differential fluid change as well . I ask if there was a way to remind me about the rear differential, because I wanted to do that the next week. And she used her phone and went out of her way and text me the next Thursday to remind me. That was outstanding and great job thank you Alyssa.

This is literally the best place ever. The staff are incredibly nice, clear and are honest about any upsells they offer. I never feel pressured! They give you free snacks and drinks and also offer a free top off of oil between changes. I told them I have a road trip next week and they got me in and out today in 15 minutes and even made sure my windshield wipers fluid and tires were full. I can't ever go back to another oil change company again.

Probably the best service I have ever received at this establishment. It's always great here but was exceptionally great this morning. Our auto service red hair super worker was very thorough in every aspect of our service. Informed us of the deals available and services available that we never knew existed!!!! Highly recommend this location for an oil change!!!
